Nowadays it is common to hear about health, healthy food and healthy living, wherever we go. However, in fact, despite easy access to information, very few people, especially youth, live according to this knowledge. We realize that young people are an important part of the future. This is why it is important to pay close attention to health care and not to devaluate it. Each and every doctor would confirm the idea of our project, which clearly says, how we take care of our health today, will determine the quality of our life tomorrow. In this project we want to influence young people to not only learn some basics of healthy living, but also to help change their thinking and acting. After a few days of gaining this new knowledge through informal ways, people from 3 cities (KoL?ice, TrebiL?ov, PreL?ov) will go out to streets and share it with the people they meet. This will be accomplished through acting in skits, playing songs, but mostly by wearing masks depicting the impacts of an unhealthy lifestyle.By applying this phrase: "A picture is worth a thousand words", we would like to see these people from the above-mentioned cities, change their thinking and their lifestyle. We believe, thatafter the project has ended, the participants will continue to share their knowledge and experience with their relatives. Within five years of this program, we hope to see within Europe people who have healthier styles and higher employment rate.
