The youth exchange "Well Being" speaked about the healthy behaviours and involved boys and girls between 20-27 years old, from Italy, Romania , Poland and Turkey .Through the activities they were given the necessary knowledge to feel good, both with the mind and with the body, especially when lives in new places and make new experiences. It was dedicated to young people who to have new experiences of study and work and therefore the probably of difficulties related to relations, sport activity, stress and nutrition. This exchange was aimed to giving advice to live in a balanced way.Through sports, games, workshops, dialogues and methods of analysis participants discussed knowing the self-potential and improving itself.The activities was based in non formal method and with mixed groups work. There were activities of they was self- analyzes, discussing and debating, they were help to overcome the difficulties of each one. They had the opportunity to practice new sports that can also play by their-self once they return home. Learn methods to better relate and release the stress. Through simulate the games, they put in practice the things that they learned gradually.During the exchange they created an handbook in order to transfer to other youngsteir what they learned.The Handbook have the most important elements of the activities in order to be a useful, small, referring for well-being.GENERAL OBJECTIVES :- Increased self-empowerment and self-esteem, knowledge of their potential and limitations- Promote healthy lifestyles through sport- Promote a healthy diet- Enhancing the context of production of natural food- Acquisition of relevant skills for the global promotion of the personality and the development of him\her-self- Appreciation of cultural diversity- Increased openness to interpersonal relationships and the confrontation- Stimulate sense of Cohabitation Civil- Breaking the Communication Barrier- Increased willingness to adapt in new places
