After the first WARC project, this one-WARC2- wishes to continue its support directly working with youth and rural areas, stakeholders and professionals, but also use research for local-rural policy development and implementation, together with new entrepreneurships, newly established cultural -art& craft- NGOs. This 10 month lenght(from 1st february 2012) project wishes to support young people in their artistic and traditional handicraft initiatives, create new partnerships and cooperation, educate and bring higher value to specific products, gather and make a clear picture about cultural situation in 10 to 15 rural places around the cities of Subotica and Szeged and produce usable policies for rural areas. Other objectives are the use and promotion of the revised warc.eu website, inclusion of new rural places and more key decision making persons in local municipalities.
