Our Project is prepared as 3 partner consortium Project, under the presidency of our school within the partnership of SINCAN AHMET ANDICEN TICARET MESLEK LISESI ve SINCAN IMKB TICARET MESLEK LISESI. Our Project encompasses 10. and 11. class students that are continuing their vocational education in the Information Technologies Field’s Web Programming Department. The project comprehends the mobility of 15 students and 1 companion teacher from each school, which is totally 48 people, to The Czech Republic. Our participators within the scope of our project comprehends the 10th and 11th class students studying in the Information Technologies Field’s in our school and our consortium partners. Our students are the students studying in the Information Technologies Field’s Web Programming department and these students are the ones who prepare web applications within the web page design and programming languages, beside the information of equipment and software of computer systems. Our students are the ones who are successful theorically in their professional fields, but need professional practice. The Aims of our Project: To improve our participator’s professional knowledge and skills within the increase of their employability. To provide our participator to research the new innovations used in Europen countries in the scope of Web programming onsite. To improve their language skills by means of their language trainings that they are going to have. To improve the collaboration between business worl an educational institutions under favour of inviting the business to the seminars that are going to organized after the flows. To improve personal and professional development of our Students within the Entrepreneurial Educations that are going to provided in our Project. To improve our school and consortium partners’ institutional capacity in the frame of internationalization strategies. Our participators are going to close their professional deficit in their practical area by having experiences of working, on account of the professional education and internship programs that our participators going to have in The Czech Republic, Our participators are going to have information about the varieties in the Web Designing field in the business world and when they are graduated, they are going to play with a full deck about beginnigthe work in the business world. Our participators do not have sufficiency about language, although they have English lessons in their schools, by the language preperation that is going to be taken in the scope of our Project and because they ara gong to have the chance to talk practical English abroad, they are going to be developed in terms of language and after now on, they are going to realize the significance of learning language. Our participators are going to provide the transfer of their discrepancy to our country by transmitting the innovations that they learned in the countries they have been.
