Project "We are equal - Women in Action!" has been organized within the frames of the Erasmus + programme. Thanks to the EU support we could make this youth exchange happen. 40 participants of this project were youth of 18 to 25 years old from Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Lithuania and Poland. The exchange has taken place in Poronin between 1st and 8th of May 2016. Our project's main topic was the problem of women discrimination on the job market. During our project using informal methods of education such as simulation games, workshops, discussions, brain storming sessions, evaluation we have created tools that will further help in equalizing women rights on the job market. We have tried to broaden social awareness to the subject of women discrimination on the job market. We have reached out to the successful women in our communities who helped us out in achieving project's goals. This project was an effect of international cooperation and has contributed to minimizing xenophobia and stereotypical thinking.
