The overall objective of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of key staff of public employment services in Warminsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship and Kaliningrad Oblast. Achievements: 1. Increased knowledge of vocational counselors and job placement agents in Voivodeship Labour Office in Olsztyn and Agency of Employment in Kaliningrad oblast, which would result into more effective employment processes in the project area.2. 80% projects events participants will increase their work productivity and efficiency.3. Joint workshops, seminars, conferences organized.4. Bilingual publication - a manual of good practices in the field of counseling and job placement printed.5. Equipment as well as research tools - psychological tests and training games purchased.6. Information exchange and widening of the knowledge about situation on the labour market of both partners of the project, including employment problems of SMEs (statistic materials and other elaborations) are done on the regular basis.7. Further cooperation of both Partners in form of signing of partnership agreement is established.8. Opportunities for cooperation between labour market institutions, local and cross-border Partnerships (partnership forum) are created.
