I n the project will involve 18 students intending to take 2 weeks work placement in Germany (Wildeshausen). These are the students of School of Vocational classes II and III of the direction of the techniques food services. They will leave for work placement in 3 groups on the following dates; Group I- November 2014 Group II - November 2015 Group III - April 2016 The main purpose for which the students will go the work placement is part of their professional development, it is a chance to compare methods of work adopted in Poland with the methods used in other European countries and the acquisition of skills in an international environment. This project it is a chance to improve students' language skills and knowledge of the cultures of other countries of the European Union and the culture and organization of work. The project draws attention to the improvement of European mobility in vocational education, improving cooperation between schools or educational institutions, facilitate the development of apprenticeships, improving the transparency and recognition of qualifications. Students during work placement in modern German companies acquire new skills related to the profession they have a chance learn about the profession and the organization of work. Acquired skills while foreign work placements will allow the participants to not only find employment in local companies but also enable to start their own business.
