Title in English: "In the European Circle. Active Teachers - Interactive School."Teachers from Zespol Szkol Nr 13 in Jastrzebie-Zdroj improve the quality of teaching and the results of students in exams by encouraging significantly greater usage of ICT in teaching, introducing new innovative methodology and increasing the number of educational projects involving other European schools. In addition, the school promotes an attitude of tolerance and shows the cultural diversity of Europe. These objectives will be implemented from June 2016 until May 2018 by the following actions:1) determine through a Motivation Questionnaire a group of key employees to participate in the project and writing a European Development Plan for our school2) participation of key staff in courses, workshops in specially selected training institutions throughout Europe on the following subjects: methodology of teaching different subjests with the use of ICT; methodology of teaching foreign languages; enhancing the skills of various teachers in the English language.3) organising a number of training sessions in the school and the city for other teachers,4) involving of more teachers from our school in online collaboration and projects with other schools , especially through the portal twinspace.eTwinning.net,5) headteachers monitor how the innovative teaching methods are used in the classroom, and how the teachers share theirs skills at the workshops,6) teachers create a blog or a site, an online database, where they describe methods of teaching, programs, exercises, etc. -with the examples of good practice, the teachers set up a Creative Teachers Club in our school and online7) teachers carry out a number of eTwinning projects,8) some teachers are involved in a job shadowing programme,9) our school is involved in and interested in participating in the action KA2 - the exchange of students,10) teachers show to our school community the cultural diversity of Europe and they promote tolerance.As a result of all these activities, we will become a European modern school, which in many respects makes use of modern, innovative teaching methods, especially based on modern technology, a school that cooperates with other schools in Europe, and involves many students in that cooperation.
