The volunteer, Lili-Jeanne Barcilon, met with the national office of Concordia in Paris in January 2014 to start the process of EVS. Concordia support Lili-Jeanne in her EVS research. She found the project “Volunteering for active citizenship “ on the european database et sent her application to the association Voluntary Center “Sodrujestvo" in Russia and received a positive answer. Lili-Jeanne will start her project in August for 7 months. It is the first collaboration between Voluntary Center “Sodrujestvo and Concordia and we worked together on the project so that it meets the objectives and priorities of the Youth in Action programme. The activities developed in this project will permit to the volunteer to develop her sens of citizenship by being part of concretes actions of solidarity in a youth organisation. This project will permit to the volunteer to meet with many volunteers from different horizons and countries, to meet the local community, to exchange with them and open to the others.
