Volunteering-a way to success is a multilateral youth exchange that will be held between 6th and 13th of October 2014 and will gather 36 young people from Bulgaria Georgia, Macedonia, Azerbaijan, CZ Republic and Romania. The exchange is a result of the long-term cooperation between the partners in the field of volunteering and fighting the youth unemployment. The project will include young people with fewer opportunities-unemployed youngsters as well as ones coming from rural areas aiming promoting volunteering as a tool for combating youth unemployment trough gaining various skills and experience which will help youngsters to realize themselves in the labor market. The multilateral exchange "Volunteering-a way to success"is based on the non-formal education methodology and seeks for visible and long-term results on regional and European level in attempt to fight youth unemployment trough gaining certain sought by employers qualifications and experience volunteering activities. Another focus of the project is promoting tolerance, mutual understanding and solidarity among young people in the context of the United Europe. The daily schedule is diverse and includes public activities and meeting the local community in order to promote project`s ideas and the financing program.
