The goals of VOTE (Voice Of Teenagers in Europe ) were: to grow the political responsibility of youngs and that was how they could show their political views in local governments, state governments and in European Union. It helped them to be active part in finding jobs and prepared them for lifelasting studies. In our project there were 30 participants from 3 states: Estonia, Greece and Czech Republic. The participants (15 - 18 years old) and their group leaders were from the nearest part of the state borders and countrysides. There were different active workshops, discussions and presentations to introduce government systems, election systems and the structrure of European Union. The participants found out the common problems and involving problems of youngs in all three states. Also all the active part of the project was filmed by the participants. The main goals of the projects were to find out, through the different activities, the solutions how to spread youngs’ voice, how the youngs can be the active part in political decisions and to encourage the youngs to be the active citizens in their home-country, in the state and in European Union. The experience of the project spread out in three states of participants and with the help of international youth organisations in European Union. The activities of project could be followed by VOTE blog, Twitter and all the information of our project were sent to the newspapers, radio stations and the news stations. And one result of our project was a film about project activities. The results of the project the participants got the knowing of the systems of governments and elections, also they got the aware of the structures of European Union and they worked out VOTE manifest (set complex of solutions). They know now how to make decisions which are based on democratic community. Also we hope that at least 16,7% of participants continue their studies connected with political science. And at the next elections there will be at least the one idea from VOTE manifest which is taken into the political platform of party by every state of participants.
