This project is an integral part of projects "European volunteers for natural and cultural inheritage" (n°1326171 et 1326400, submission login).Indeed, the volunteer of this present project " Our inheritage, day to day living" will help the coordination and spice of the project "European volunteers for natural and cultural inheritage"The projet comprises a welcome of european an french volunteers. Natalia, young russian woman already engaged in the project, will work in collaboration with a team of 7 different nationalities. With the group, she will have the opportunity to discover 3 departments (Sarthe, Mayenne, Côtes d'Armor). This mobility will be an precious occasion to meet local people with different ways to live.• ContextNatalia was hosted (short term) in 2015 on our european team for inheritage. She was especially interested and involved by the project. So we decided to build together a mission for her, for 2016. It in this way that Natalia will continue her engagement in our organization -with 2 french volunteers- for the construction of the 2016 project.• Objectives :For Natalia :- To continue her emancipation- To take initiatives- To promote intercultural and intergenarational links and meetings- Allow a mix of public and cultures and generations,- To get volunteers to persue in a commitment way- Allow the discovery of the region and the local heritage’s promotionFor the territory- Local heritage’s promotion- Making heritage available to local population- To create a greater sense of local ownership• Number and profile of participants :- 1 Russian volunteer, Natalia, 29 years. During her missions, she will be with a group of 7 european and french volunters, local people, young people with less opportunities and workers in social inclusion.• Description of activities Natalia will participate - with the coordinator and french volunteers - to the coordination of the project "European volunteers for the natural and cultural inheritage" :- Volunteers recruitment- Volunteers welcome and integration- Preparation of equipements- Establishment and organization of meetings with local population : open day, animations on the preservation and restoration of heritage…- Friendly organization and intercultural times with local population : about European values and culture of each volunteers (intercultural reception, intercultural meal…)- Participation in organization of a local festival (theater, cinema, danse, folk bal, local market...)- Participation in conservation work of build and natural heritage : traditionnal masonry, foot trail, development of the banks along the river. Volunteers will be supervised by a technical group leader.- Awareness, particularly young people, civic engagement, volunteering and European mobility.• MethodologyOur project management method is based on communication, exchange and "make-together". We work with partners at European level but also local, to build these local development projects for youth activities and territories.• EffectsNatalia will acquire new skills and social-skills in relation with team work and team management. We would like that Natalia's experience will be for her an advantage for her future project : find a job in social and solidarity economy.• Expected results – Advantage in the long term- Make voluntary invested in their commitment- Keep the projet in the long term- Territory’s stimulation- Develop other actions
