"VIRTrUrAL CROSSROAD"

"VIRTrUrAL CROSSROAD" is a Youth Exchange project among 6 EU and non-EU partner countries: Armenia, Latvia, Georgia, Moldova, Lithuania and Italy The project will be held in Armenia, Dilijan city. Each country will represent 5(1leader + 4 participants) participants from different social-economical backgrounds between the ages 16-25- whole number of participants is 30. The main theme of the project is the activation of rural youth. During the project we are going to touch the problems of active citizenship and unemployment of rural youth. We want to give knowledge that will be useful for searching and finding ways to activate and involve rural youth in the active social life. As a result of the project participants will set up a web-site, which will be perfect platform for rural youth from different countries to share and discuss their local rural problems in international level, cause the web-site will be reached for all over the world. So the web-site will be virtual rural crossroad("VIRTrUrAL CROSSROAD") for rural youth from different countries. In a short we want to make rural youth understand that they are able to create something what they marked as a difficult work by themselves and of course encourage them to do that. The project will last 9 days which will be held with creative workshops, seminars, discussions intercultural evenings, working groups, city games, meeting with experts. The exchange activity will take place on 15-23, August 2013 (including arrival and departure). The applicant organization will be the hosting organization. The other partners are going to be sending organizations.
