Village caretaking without borders (Falugondnokság 1)

The project goal: implementation of the village caretaking service in Vojvodina and organization of informative meetings, presentations for partners, local governments,communities,civil organizations to reach their goal.12 brainstorming meetings with the staff of the project management in different locations, 2 workshops about village caretaking,2 professional study trips (one in Hungary to familiarize with the village caretaking and one in North-Backa,Vojvodina to familiarize with cultural, communal and civil system in North-Backa).260 hour village caretaking training and mutual experience exchange between village caretakers from Bács-Kiskun and Csongrád County’s, prospective village caretakers from North-Backa and volunteers. The 2 conferences opening and closing), publicity means bilingual informative residential handout,newsletter,press releases, information centre, webpage) give opportunity for the civil organisations,commited citizens local governments, village caretakers,delegates)of the two nations to think over the opportunities of co-operation.For long time cross-border operation of the village caretaking service we will issue brochure regarding the legal,financial,educational and civil opportunities of the village caretaking system. Preparing a study about the opportunities of implementation of the service. Achievements: The Association of Village Caretakers Partners are Horgos, Kispiac, Öttömös, and the project's main goal was to start the village caretaking service in Vojvodina which was reached.
