Our school's aim is to provide our students both lessons in which they can learn what they are able to, as well as to encourage them in developing their social skills. The school now wants to get on the way to meet the needs of our pupils on a broader extend. Considering the needs of our school there are three courses of action we take as far as the development of our staff is concerned. First we want to get into action with school development towards an education that meets diversity on a higher level. We want to get inspired when we experience good-practice in project-oriented tasks. As we face wider diversity we need to change the organization of lessons. We want to offer the best education our pupils can achieve while finding the best way to strengthen them and thus preventing early drop-out. Second we offer and do job-shadowing in the field of ICT and Language Learning, increasing our knowledge and achieving more motivation in our pupils by using digital devices in a productive way. And third we want to give opportunities to teachers to develop their foreign language skills. We expect all participants in the job - shadowing come back with an openness to methodological and organizational innovations, as the direct experience of other forms of learning is most impressive. The impulses and insights will create new pictures into their heads. New experiences will influence both lesson planning and the creation of a timeframe for new methods. We want to learn from our partners to offer differentiated learning opportunities. We will create logs for class organization and use of materials to take the experience home to share. Special skills regarding the motivating use of digital media in language teaching are to be acquired. In all three partner schools digital media are integrated in the daily lessons. Our partner school in Turkey is characterized by high level of commitment and awards. All classrooms have computers , the teachers are experienced in using digital media for profit. The partner school in Hungary also has broad experience in the ICT field, especially with interactive whiteboards. We expect interesting experiences with their use in language teaching. The Polish partner school has got unconventional creative ideas and is characterized mainly by a trusting school life. From the cooperation with these partners, we expect insights into the diverse motivating use of digital media , especially in foreign language teaching . As we visit each other , we will gather the most interesting observations in an online document and continue to foster the exchange and collection of good ideas, materials and methods in the future. We hope , with the help of our Polish partners, to implement our own new projects , such as our own movie productions in English class . With our Turkish partners, we want to focus on communication. Both communicative exercises in language teaching as well as our social curriculum are the focus . Together we will work on the subject of conflict management and discuss the possible introduction of a peer mediator program. All partner schools face the challenge of diversity . Furthermore, we expect helpful ideas of successful inclusion from the visits to Hungary. We want to obtain necessary know-how of the following training courses : 2 teachers will be trained in English in ICT , making them expand both their foreign language skills , as well as their digital know -how. 4 teachers take part in 4 different didactic- methodological trainings to bring back the necessary impetus for the school development. Former school partnerships do not exist anymore, we hope that teachers who participate in the job-shadowing activities, develop international projects and work towards a permanent international network that enriches our school life.
