Vocational training institutions, the Lycée des Metiers in France, the Stredna Odborna skola Stavebna in Slovakia and the CIFP Construcción LHII-ERAIKEN in Spain develop their training activity in the field of Building, Civil Works and related activities.They share the same eco-construction objectives and they are meant to cover the Construction Field and related activities adequacy to the current context of cultural, economic and technological interdependence. And all for two reasons: - to satisfy of the 2020 Europe sustainability and energy efficiency demands. - to develop an interesting niche market as a way to employment.From the School of Spain a mobility project is therefore proposed in the field of lower level vocation training directed to the exchange of nine students and eight teachers , it all for the following purposes: • to share the bases and best practices in sustainable building • to facilitate intercultural integration • to provide the qualification and innovation that international market demands for the best professional accomplishment in the building field The main activities foreseen in a gradual approach are the following: 1. Stage before mobility: a.Contacts and meetings for the mutual knowledge and the formalization of agreements b. Conditions and requirements dissemination c. Participants selection d. Assistance for red tape and accommodation e. Program accomplishment2. Mobility stage: a. Reception b. Complementary language provision, Prevention of occupational risks and academic c. Development, monitoring and evaluation of the program3. Stage after mobility. a. Oversight of objectives acquisition b. Development of reports or final memories including the objectives accomplishment degree and the applicability proposals c. Issuing of documentsThe methodology for the development of the project is a networking process among the teams set up for this purpose. They will deal with the following tasks in order to ensure the accomplishment of the objectives set: 1. To coordinate each participant’s specific activities 2. To have regular review meetings 3. To communicate partial results 4. Decision-making 5. Assessment and conclusionsThe most remarkable project results foreseen are the next ones: • To provide specific training answers to the sustainable building necessities • To offer co-training to consolidate international projection • To increase mobility for a better fulfillment young people’s labour market needs • To include new partners to increase the training and professional possibilities • To integrate multilingualism and intercultural exchange to meet our current surrounding context The impact foreseen in institutions covers in general terms: • Increase of graduation rates due to the next factors - More relevance to the curricula for the students’ needs and the context challenge - More teaching coordination • More accreditation possibilities due to the increase of acknowledgements • More employability as a consequence of the bigger relevance of studies and the enlargement of contacts with social and business organizationsThe estimated possible and remarkable benefits in the longer term are: • Better pioneer education services • To establish an entrepreneurial culture
