Through the project "VIVE", the 24 young participants from different countries and socio economic environments will live together for 8 days in a rural setting located in the City Council of As Pontes de García Rodríguez (A Coruña -Galicia ), in order that they can visualize and analyze ( from a labour point of view ), various companies and associations located in this town that perform their activities (work, cultural and / or sports ) in a natural environment. , in order to motivate and expand theur vision of employability, cooperatives , training and career counseling.
During the foreign exchange, young people will alternate between different activities (visits to businesses, young entrepreneurs and local associations and activities outdoors ) and then undertake an analysis on them and perform simulations of similar experiences, that they could carry out in their places of origin .
The general methodology of the foreign exchange consists in group dynamics based on non-formal learning methods, in which young people divided into various groups will make different proposals of work activities and employment, to expand their vision and professional output options .
Transversally to the activities, a greener environmental awareness will be created, relationships from the cultural and social diversity will be facilitated, and the practice of activities outdoors as alternative entertainment will be promoted.
Finally, complementary activities will be developed to inform young people about the basic job search tools at European level ( Europass CV , Certificate Youth Pass) so they will learn the importance of showing ther skills and personal abilities, besides of the formal training, as a fundamental part of their employment inclusion.
The results obtained through this project will be collected for broadcast on guidance on " Career Alternatives for Youth", which will collect all those initiatives tdeveloped during the sessions of group analysis .
