To develop our school concept, related to foreign language teaching; it is necessary to sensitize our foreign language colleagues and all other colleagues for these three major languages in Europe and open up training methods so that they can subsequently carry an active, intercultural instructional language teaching. The language requirement is the basis for a common transnational coorporation in the design of individual cross-curricular teaching issues. Through the further development of language skills; we hope to motivate colleagues for further new European projects with our partner schools and also training projects with new partners. With this training, we only improved the language skills and methods of our colleagues, but also to find new contacts from other countries and establish them. The teachers found out more about European school systems and inclusion. European projects are developed and our students benefit from a method of varieties from these languages. Furthermore there is an increased motivation for learning European languages through the joint, interdisciplinary and transnational teaching work in the foreground. Colleagues and students will be motivated to learn foreign languages as the willingness of these languages increases. They improve their language competences for better communication with team partners, colleagues and friends in other countries by planning projects and through exchange. Through these language skills, they can study in the future in other European countries and the European labor market is open for them.
