Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten zum fächerübergreifenden Unterricht und Interkulturalität

It is the first time that our school takes part in such a European-Cooperation-Project. In each year we have a bilingual class. Those classes need international contacts. We wish for a partnerschool in an English-speaking country and therefore we want to send one of our teachers abroad into an Englishspeaking country to gain experiences in internationalism. Our young colleague, that we want to send to this project is very interested in international contacts and culture. Her English skills will be better after such a stay and this can lead to a monolingual English lesson. Furthermore meeting other teachers from other countries means an active commutation about different methods and new ideas for the lesson. Not to forget about the cultural enrichment for all participants. Afterwards we want to integrate those experiences into our school development. New methodology and didactics for the foreign language lesson would be an enrichment not only for our teaching staff but also for our pupils!
