CQEP-LC is an entity that results from a consortium in Esposende municipality between a public high school, a private vocational school and a trade and industry association. This project is submitted by the consortium to work some limitations diagnosed in the adult skills recognition and validation process and to capitalize the knowledge acquired by staff in attendance in training courses on the consortium and in each of the promoting institutions.Thus, the project aims to provide contact with professionals who work in adult education at European level that allow to enhance a critical reflection on the current practice of our technicians and the subsequent merger of capital gains arising from the sharing of experience with European counterparts.To this end it is proposed to mobilize 13 elements of the CQEP staff for the project, selected depending on the theoretical potential to the full attainment of the goals proclaimed and on a logic of balance between functions performed, the representativeness of the entities that make up the consortium and the scientific areas of provenance. The selected elements will participate in two training courses: on methodologies of writing autobiographies and on coaching techniques and neuroscience concepts applied to education. For each of the courses we will provide linguistic preparation in English, information on the destination country's culture and the development of activities set out by the hosting entities. Upon completion of the actions, the technicians involved in mobility will make the dissemination of results to the CQEP itself, in each of the promoters of the consortium, at the two territorial networks of the CQEP and at a national level through the course replication through in-service credited training courses on digital platforms.To ensure compliance with the logistical aspects and various planned activities, as well as the systematization of procedures, there will be a project coordinator who will work as a privileged interlocutor between all actors involved (CQEP coordinator, technicians and trainers, national and international partners, ...). The project coordinator together with CQEP coordinator will have the responsibility of logistics, financial and pedagogical management of project.Upon completion of the project, it is expected that the elements involved incorporate the acquired knowledge and experience sharing it in their practice and creating in CQEP a dynamic work that best fit the current reality and the European dimension. In this process, participants in the project should act as ignition focuses for the redefinition of working methods, with particular emphasis on promoting collaborative work.The materialize this premise, we believe that the enthusiasm and involvement of technicians in mobility will infect the other team members, creating a global momentum towards the improvement of the work undertaken in CQEP with their agents duly integrated and framed in the European reference standards.
