Support to the development and strengthening of SMEs in the counties of Zala, Vas and Somogy, gaining insight on entrepreneurial competence and gaining knowledge on these skills on a wider scale for the purpose of strengthening SMEs in the region and the development of their business performance. The goal is to become familiar with the materials regarding entrepreneurial competence, spread knowledge through e-education, but also to hit an entrepreneurial nerve, to arouse entrepreneurial needs on a larger scale involving more people and to provide access to entrepreneurial ways of thinking and information on innovations. Achievements: Based on the results derived from 104 completed questionnaires and 15 in-depth interviews conducted with entrepreneurs in the counties of Zala, Vas and Somogy, a study was prepared that influenced the final selection of topics for the planned education and online teaching material. The material is divided into 6 thematic units; marketing, communication, time management, business planning, business negotiation and business etiquette, 5 of which were also selected for online training. A total of 83 people participated in 6 training sessions while a total of 44 people took part in Best practice, individual counseling programs: visits to successful companies as part of one-day programs during which leading individuals of the companies presented their best management experience and management methods to the participants. Three programs were also held for the purpose of exchanging experience, as well as a final conference.
