The main goal of the project is to assist tourism development on both sides of the border and to support joint presentation on the domestic and international markets. The objective of the cooperation was to use joint marketing in presenting the tourism offering of the two border regions as a complex product. As part of the project, tourism catalogues in Hungarian /Slovenian and German /English were printed and distributed at fairs and exhibitions. Cooperation with companies presented in the catalogues resulted in professional meetings and study tours. Achievements: With the support of the project, 5,000 copies of the Hungarian /Slovenian catalogue and 10,000 copies of the German /English catalogue were printed and distributed among target groups. Nine professional events were organized, 3 at the Vas County fair, 2 at a fair in Slovenia; 3 Hungarian and 2 Slovenian professional programs were realized with 294 participants from both countries, with the stakeholders directly sharing their own offers and experience.
