A project called Suceed in second try was carried out by Društvo organizacij za izobraževanje odraslih na srednjih šolah. This is a NGO in which educational staff from secondary schools all around Slovenia are included. Our main goal is to promote and develope education of adults learning in formal education. In last three years we started to work internationally and we carried out this project, are in the middle of 2015 KA1 project and the third Erasmus+ KA1 has been approved. We are following following objectives : less early school leaving. We also would like to develope a good inclusion in our programmes for adults with special needs ans personad ald professional growth of participants and other people in the process of dissemination. We sent five participants to a seminar called Barrier-freedom and inclusion in lifelong learning and adult education. The duration fo mobility was 5 days and seminar was held in Austria. A main topic of seminar was meeting the needs of special-needs adults in adults education. The inovative part of our project was our preparation: all participants visited few organizations for special needs, that anabled participants to know more about topic and was able to compare the systems at the time of a seminar. One participants attended a seminar in Prague carried by Montessori Instutute Prague with an American lecturer Peter Davidson. The topic was how to lead adults in different settings. This topic is of a great use at our organization. The project objectives was: a new knowledge on adult education , especially from a field of special needs, new strategies for less early school leaving, personal growth, better language knowledge, international connections and better knowledge about Erasmus+ programme. The management of a project included: preparation, participants selection, preparation of participants, accomplishment of a programme, evaluation and disemination. The project was brodly disseminated, because we as a organization already have a network - our organization has members from different schools from different parts of Slovenia. We presented a project on different occasions: on seminars, conferences, study groups, annual conference of our organization and we also write some articles. A project duration was from December 2014 till May 2016.
