The project initiative and development "Acquiring innovative practices of young entrepreneurs for energy efficiency and sustainable business development in agriculture" is aimed at upgrading the knowledge and skills of 20 ambitious and promising young students from 10th and 11th grade, specializing in "Small and average business " from the school “Vasil Levski” in Valchi Dol. The school management and the Portuguese partner Euroyouth unite their efforts for the implementation of the mobility in Lisbon, Portugal, from the 20.06.2016 to the 03.07.2016 for the acquisition of student competences in the field of management of companies and industries in agriculture and implementation of initiatives in environmental protection and ecological use of water resources and energies in order to build entrepreneurial qualities and skills for business development and support, sustainable development in the field and rural areas, as their city is regarded as a core center in their region. The project activities provide young people the opportunity to learn about innovative methods of doing business, new production and effective use of high-tech solutions in the field of energy efficiency in agriculture, which hasn’t been applied enough due to lack of sufficient investment and the need to find entrepreneurs who have knowledge and innovative ideas. Motivating students for self-employment in agriculture and encouraging entrepreneurial activity, facilitating their inclusion in activities, which aim to implement the resumption sources in agricultural production are important objectives leading to a reduction number of emigrating young people from the region due to no-opportunities for their desired employment position. The preliminary preparation phase provides knowledge to the participants on effective energy management and training in business English - 80 hours and supports work program partner, featuring 10 technical visits to two specialized in the filed NGOs, the Agricultural University of Lisbon, professional training centers, rural cooperatives and private companies, local authorities and others places providing appointments with specialists, managers, entrepreneurs to support the project. Students will obtain national and international certificates such as Europass mobility, 3-37 Certificate of Education and Certificate utilized economic vocabulary in business English, which will contribute to enhance their value as a young specialists. The final closing seminar in the municipality of Vulchi dol, as part of the project will enhance participation of active entrepreneurs and municipal management, contribute to the expression of students and learning from residence in Portugal and gives them confidence of being knowledgeable and competitive future successful young entrepreneurs in agriculture, familiar with the implementation of new energy efficient sources and to increase its effectiveness by management approaches and innovative practices. The agricultural industry can become a desired field for professional realization of young people only through appropriate educational and professional training for the incorporation of innovative production and the project of the school helps in this direction.
