The project “Use less! Live more!” is as youth exchange between 28 young people, age 18 to 30, from Romania, Estonia, Turkey and Italy. The project aims to raise awareness about the impact modern life based on consumption has on nature and individuals. During the exchange, that will take place between 20.09.2014 and 29.09.2014, the participants will have the possibility to participants to experiment the simple way of living, surrounded by nature, in a mountain environment. They will also develop a deep understanding of the concepts of reducing and reusing in every-day life. They will organize in Zarnesti a day of multi-arts exhibition “Nature gives back”, on the impact modern life based on consumption has on environment and individuals. The main activities implemented in the project are: street art, organizing an exhibition, outdoor and adventure education, bush-craft, outdoor cooking, using available resources in case of emergencies, climbing, hiking, etc..
