In response to the growing youth unemployment Europewide, “Youth Initiative Centre” NGO /Armenia/ launches partnership process for a 7-day international training course aimed at promoting volunteering as a mechanism for increasing youth employability.The TC introduces the 3R methodology /Recruitment, Retainment, and Recognition / on promoting volunteerism as a mechanism for increasing youth employability. During the TC, the participants will acquire knowledge, skills and tools on recruitment, retainment, and recognition of voluntary work; how to apply voluntary experience for increasing employment opportunities /attitude, skill competence, networking/ get the chance to reflect upon volunteering as a mechanism for bringing positive change and to share best practices on volunteering and youth participation in different European countries; and finally build partnership among civil society organizations from the Programme and Neighboring Partner countries concerning volunteering and youth employment.The project will be based in the principles of Non-Formal Education and will furtherly contribute to the recognition of non-formal education through the vast application of the latter in the training activities.The project will be held in mid-October in Armenia and it will host 30 participants from 15 countries.
