Project will bring together 28 youth workers and youth leaders from 7 different EU states. 7 days intensive training course will enable participants to go into the deepness of learning processes in non-formal educational approach. Active participation will be the main working method and will serve for searching the new innovative approaches, methods and tools for enhancing learning outcomes in youth activities in different areas around Europe. The modern way of coaching will be used to maximize the impact on participants. We expect we will succeed to inspire the participants for using gained competences in their own reality. We expect they will become the messengers of new generation of youth workers which will develop the community on the principles of inclusion. We believe that projects like this are helping to establish the critical number of active citizens, which will build the future of Europe - Europe of tolerance, solidarity and moderate progress.
