The project "CREATIVITY yuor UNLOCK - BE AN ENTRAPREUNER" was created to share with young people from other nationalities creative and entrepreneurial experiences, discuss and exchange best practices. The project takes place in collaboration with partners from Bulgaria, Italy, Slovienia, Turkia, France. Each partner consists of 6 participants who are between 18 and 30 years with a strong motivation to have this experience. The venue will be the region of Salento, during the period of April 2014. The concept of creativity that will be conveyed during the project is not that of pure artistic creation, but we will try to increase participants' creative abilities most important in the world of work. We will invite artists craftsmen, who have done their ingenuity, their work. With Maurizio Buttazzo, we will realize the objects of furniture using recycled materials. We will explore the idea of creativity as a powerful tool for reading the present and face the future (IDEAS FOR BREAKING OUT OF THE BOX AND BEING). We will visit some “ LABORATORI URBANI “ creative place promoted by The regione of Puglia. Another Part of the project will aim to provide to the participants the leadership skills that help them to realize their own innovative ideas and to take responsibility and risks, the ability to coordinate a team . The main elements of the training activities will always be creativity, participation and collaboration. Adding to this creative spirit, we aim to create a new class of young entrepreneurs who face youth unemployment ! Once back in their home countries in fact, the participants will feel active participants and will want to be protagonist will have the right motivation to do so. If others have made it, why not me?
