This youth exchange " Unidos por la Música" will allow young people from different countries (Spain and Italy) basically meet and live together, through non-formal training. During the exchange, which in this case lasts eight days, participants will develop a program of activities (a mixture of workshops, exercises, discussions, simulations, musical concerts in common, practical classes and theoretical, outdoor activities, including including the knowledge of the people of Melide its history, its monuments, customs, gastronomy, geography ... and two exursiones to such iconic cities like Lugo where you can see the wall - heritage of humanity and Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage cradle par excellence, this year also coincides with the Holy year, so it is a obligada.Todas visit these activities are designed and planned by and for them before the exchange, taking into account their artistic, cultural, musical interests .....With this youth exchange pretend that young people develop skills: musical, linguistic, artistic, cultural, increase their awareness of social issues, discover new cultures and lifestyles, mainly through peer learning and promote values ​​such as solidarity, democracy, etec. Learning is done through methods of non-formal education.This exchange is based on a tansnacional cooperation between two organizations with musical linkage, in which both countries are within the European Union.Eligible participants are young comprise an age between 13 and 20 years and the number of participants is 20 for every social organization, a total of 40 boys and girls with common interests but different cultures that this initiative of youth mobility because of learning can know each other better and exchange experiences and common interests.Each national group will have two leaders, ie two adults to accompany young people involved in youth exchange to ensure effective learning, and their protection and safety.As for the impact our organization is small and it is the first time that we are involved in an action of this type, so we are very excited that can be carried out, so can not be measured in absolute terms, and girds what they can get directly mobility actions for non-formal learning:-to promote and enhance student mobility in Europe.-Improve And develop musical, professional and language skills of students and their knowledge of economic, social and cultural reality of the host country.In the long term the student acquires knowledge, skills and qualifications adapted to a new socio-cultural and musical environment as non-formal training will be held in Italy, improving their social competence of students and greater respectcultural diversity.
