EPL (The local public institution ) of Beaune is a professional education center. Lessons are focused on viticulture and oenology sectors (viticulture - wine tasting - sustainable development - agronomy), economic and services courses (marketing – wine tasting in cellar - wine tourism ) in the wine and spirits fields. In this EPL, we found a scool, an apprentice center and adults professional center and a domain for practiced. For many years CFPPA has carried out international projects (European programs, bilateral programs with the Regional Council of Burgundy) and has welcomed in its courses of foreign students. This current project focuses on staff mobility and aims to answer the following objectives:- To identify through discovery and exchanges with our partners, pedagogies and tools developed to answer in the best way the needs of people encountering various difficulties (bad memories of their schooling, loss of confidence, ..), to avoid dropout at one time or another . These observations at the end of mobility, will serve as a working basis to set up methods and / or educational tools adapted to learners.- To enrich training professional contents by integrating techniques, economic issues, wine and spirit trade which are specific to our partners.- To gather information on the expectations and needs of European companies in the wine and spirits fields for a better employability of our students.- To improve the language and cultural skills of the staff for a better efficiency as regards the international actions and / or to improve the reception of foreign students in our courses.8persons (teachers, trainers, training coordinators, executive staff) have positioned themselves to take part in 1observation mobility for a period of 3 or 5 days based on the meeting of actors to share experiences and think about one or more of the above issues (excluding travel)The International Cooperation Committee of the EPLEFPA (Local Public Institution of Education and Vocational Training in Agriculture) is in charge of the administrative management of the files. A steering committee will be formed and will be responsible to collect the expected results for each of the above objectives. A preparatory mobility meeting will be organized for the candidates (1 per year or 2 for 24 months) to provide the necessary information for their mobility and clarify expectations (documents to provide when they come back, ..).At the end of the mobility, each participant will have to provide a report with several parts (results, assessment of mobility - summary of information collected on the above mentioned topics). The reports of the different participants will constitute a global synthesis with chapters by topics that will serve as a working basis for all the training and educational staff. The impacts are of 3 types:* Direct to participants: improving language skills, culture, economic and techniques knowledge ..). These new skills will be directly used by the participants. They will be able to introduce in their courses new tools and innovative supports for learners and take an active part in the European and international projects initiated by the school,* Direct to school: studies and observations collected will allow to: - Improve the educational practices of trainers, teachers, and training coordinators - Better support for learners in their employability which tends to internationalize in the wine and spirits industry.* Indirect: - adapt the contents of courses or create new skills training courses adapted to the demands and needs of the working world - Build a network of partners who will eventually encourage and promote more mobilities for learners abroad. Our project is to bring Europe closer to our training institution, to open up European opportunities for our learners according to their profiles and routes.
