We are committed to that voluntary missions are mainly oriented towards enhancement of the program Erasmus +, and help young people develop skills in this direction to be capacity to benefit the best youth territory through their participation in information and awareness campaigns. Volunteering is primarily intended to help the young to grow personally and to work to try to mobilize other youth involved in the program. Role and tasks of the volunteer: - Participate in the life of the adolescent sector leadership team - Participate in the preparation of animation projects, and project partnership approaches. - Participation in the activities for adolescents. Proposed organization of a youth exchange. Home, exchange, development of recreational projects and European projects. Information on the organization of meetings Erasmus + program and activities based on volunteer skills. Action and animation with the association on CREAN (Carrefour Rural European Norman Actors). - Realization of exhibitions and interventions in their countries, cultures, origins ... with presentations to schools. - Organisation of activities at local residents based voluntary skills (speaking in the language of voluntary, photos ...). We welcome all the year round 3 youth volunteering. A home in February, and 2 receptions in September as part of our coordination. The project will last 12 months. The volunteer will bring to the project according to its specific skills and wishes to share his knowledge. He will participate in public activities on offer and can assess the impact of our work and how so you have to develop it. It can also be initiated by entertainment project close to his heart and will be accompanied to implement them. Hosting European volunteers involved in the development of our proposed structure for young people, allows us through multiple projects developed by and with young people and volunteers promote volunteerism and volunteer work. This action articulates with the youth home in civic service in the areas of gaming, media, cultural mediation and environmental education. The establishment of European youth exchange in the summer strengthens this valuation and the ability to motivate young people from living a volunteering.
