By this action, we want to promote the active participation of youth in the democratic life and encourage the debate between youth and decision-makers. By this project of structured dialogue, we would like to see an innovative, volunteer and coherent youth policy coming to the surface on the territory of Dinan involving all the participants. Our project will have 4 phases : phase of preparation, phase of confrontation and coming up of ideas during 3 days gathering together 50 local participants, phase of coming up of initiatives, phase of evaluation.Our project has for objectifs :- to demonstrate that the youth have the capacity to contribute to find solutions to fight against this youth exodus.- to bring out proposal and sharing actions by all the partners in the territory : young people, responsible of NGO and of institution, professionnal, decision-makers.- to bring out lines of work which will supply the work of the youth commission of development council of Dinan and politic area of work about youth.- to permit to young people to express themselves about expectations, involvment, utopia, know-howThis project assemble a multitude of involving partners : young people, responsible of NGO and of institution, professionnal, decision-makers and the development council of Dinan.This project is thought with a long-term horizon. A continuity will emerge with european prtner who work on a same approach
