The project addresses the social sector and aims at developing vocational training material helping to use specific sector-related management methods. Target groups are executives of the social sector and of the social health sector. The expected results contain a needs analysis and a synopsis made on the findings, a training module. The project language being French, the most important results will be delivered also in English. Valorisation will be done by organising partner meetings, dissemination meetings targeting ministries (family and education), writing articles, organising an international conference at the end of the project. The outcomes shall have an impact on the sector in professionalising the management, change of recruitment procedures and the introduction of audit systems in the social sector. The modules shall be transferable to all countries of the European Union.
