The participants of the project are going to be the students of secondary technical school in Opatów, educated in daily system. The project involves four weeks of taking part in professional training for sixteen students in Italy (Potenzy). Workplacement - IT companies. Before the start of the training the students are supposed to participate in 45-hour cultural, language, pedagogical, and in the field of enterprise preparation. It should be underlined that the project corresponds to students needs connected to improving professional skills by getting practical knowledge and experience in difficult and broad area of information technology. Due to the faet that the project was prepared in cooperation with local entrepreneurs, it’s realization is focused on improving students’ professional competence in order to me them in further education and workmarket. The participants of the training will have a chance to broaden their theoretical knowledge, to use experience practically as well as to compare their knowledge to Italian companies standard. During the training in Italian companies the participants are supposed to get familiar will the organization structure and methods of working. Moreover, they will learn about current IT methods and modern trade solutions succassfully used in the branch of IT. The realisation of the training is a perfect opportunity to compare Polish and Italian system of professional, technical education. It should be added, that the participants will take an advantage of learning trade English and get to know basic Italian, which will help them to feel more comfortable in a new place. The use of new axperience is going to increase the students’ competitivness and their mobility considering present difficulties connected with troubles in getting a job by diminishing cultural and language differences or making the lack of qualifications smaller.
