The objective of U-COACH was the development of the skills and competencias necesary to integrate and apply Executive Coaching techniques in the human resource and personnel management team processes. Managers, of all levels, and entrepreneurs of European SMEs have obtained, through the creation of a learning methodology, the relevant skills to improve the performance and competitiveness of their organisations. The development and application of Executive Coaching as a tool for person and human resource management for all managerial levels of the organisations, has allowed the stimulation of leadership and self-management skills of their human resources and team members, which has meant an improvement in the organisational processes and performance.The increased implication and motivation of the organisations in the development of daily tasks and activities has allowed to gain an important competitive position in the market.
