Create the conditions for sustainable public lighting in 6 municipalities or public institutions involved in the reduction of energy consumption and promote initiatives of renewable energy sources to reduce light pollution. Expected Results: 3.22% surface of the program area is involved in environmental projects; one lasting partnership lasting more than two years after the completion of projects in the field of natural resource management, disaster prevention, transport and energy; 4 pilot examples of conversion of street lighting;
