This project seeks to upgrade skills in culture-related occupations in the tertiary sector, with a view to combating ‘intellectual unemployment’ by stimulating job creation as part of an integrated system that reflects the potential of local areas and the interests of those at whom the project is aimed. Project outcomes will be: a dedicated website, a report analysing occupational trends and training needs, a manual of standard procedures in the integrated system, a series of training modules, teaching materials and a set of guidelines for the integrated system (including the structure and functioning of a contact point for integrated information about job vacancies). Relevant sector: cultural heritage (notably UNESCO sites).
