Trip'See project aims to develop and enhance the process of search for a job or career of youth from urban and rural areas in difficulty in order to make their EVS a springboard for their future. Quality support (training courses, tutoring, follow-ups, individual interview, tripartite maintenance, linguistic workshops, workshop on youth pass, CV workshop...) with key partners (receiving and sending organizations, local missions...) will be put in place before, during and after mobility to better integrate their experiences into their socio-professional path. The goal is to support 27 volunteers, including 3 long-term hosting and 5 long-term sending and 3 short-term hosting and 16 short-term sending, in their EVS projects as well as to promote the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, to enable them to engage as a citizen and to find their place in European society. Eurocircle in cooperation with 11 partners located in the following countries: Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Portugal, Romania and Turkey offer youth projects on various missions related to the environment, education through sport, entertainment, social work, art and culture. Non-formal education methods and active participation of young people will be favored in a spirit of solidarity, tolerance, intercultural dialogue and aiming to develop technical, intellectual, cognitive and personal skills of the participants. Their commitment and involvement in these missions will also impact both the structures and the local communities. Our transverse priority in these project is the fight against exclusion, European active citizenship and imployability of young people.
