Since 1853, the Blindeninstitutsstiftung (www.blindeninstitut.de) accompanied visually impaired and blind people in all facets of vision. Today the Blindeninstitutsstiftung forms Competence Centers in 6 locations in different regions. It is important for the Blindeninstitutsstifung that they can offer on any matter of seeing help and support. The participation of the employees at VBS Congress "Perspectives in dialogue" should lead to reflection and new insights of educational approaches to inclusion and open exchanges with international participants new perspectives and allow to get to know other processes. The aim is to know the mindset of inclusion better and deal with the consequences. On the other hand the Blindeninstittsstiftung likes to get their concepts and projects known by a wide professional audience. The project is a mobility of up to 50 participants working in the area of education, special education and subject-oriented and manageing staff to XXXVI. Kongress der Blinden- und Sehbehindertenpädagogik, with the theme "Perspectives in dialogue": The Congress will be a platform for different perspectives on the theme "inclusion of people with visual impairment and blindness." Our participants benefit by visiting to get more expertise, get suggestions to build new skills, undergo further education, socialize and incorporate these methodological and didactic concepts into everyday work. A great value for the institutions, brings new impulses and can reconsider existing concepts. The institutions improve their quality and offers and increase attractiveness. Through publication of specialized papers at the conference and postfield, the Blindeninstitutsstiftung receives recognition of the new competencies in national and international expert circles.
