The project applicant - Transfer of innovation in floristry in partnership Flornet – Secondary vocational school in Pruské prepares students in vocational education and training in the field of horticulture. The project aim is to transfer innovation from Flornet partner countries in order to meet school educational program and verification of the quality of education in the partner schools in Europe through ECVET units. In the area of floristry there occurs continuously on new innovative changes, with the aim of the project is to transfer these changes to the Slovak system, to support upgrading the competencies of pupils, encourage their authentic learning, promote their citizenship as one of the goals of the Lisbon strategy. Project participants will be 15 students and five accompanying school teachers, those participants process their residency with five partners within the organization FlorCert and Flornet. Individual activities are aimed at obtaining national and international key competences, which are based on learning and learning at work. Participants will improve their professional, cultural, social, educational and multilingual skills, gain new insights into other cultures and ways of life, using new media to reach a higher level of employability and become more flexible in an authentic environment. From the perspective of SOS Pruské the project contributes to incorporating obtained the new methodology and teaching practice in schools and education programs will also increase the credibility and image of the Secondary Vocational School in Pruské. Expected results:- To obtain and verify their professional skills- Participants become more empowered job search- They are openly thinking and skilled in their field,- They are able to use their knowledge, skills and competencies from one another through international contacts.- They will gain new understanding, new skills and the use of aesthetic design is for them to become useful to their future challenges.- They become more open to other cultures, to other modes of living, improve their language skills.
