Many training companies in the region to appreciate the advantages of adolescents with intercultural and linguistic competencies and control increasingly aim to provide their trainees those abroad and experience.The project TRANS (EU) REGIO - mobile offers mainly vocational schools in the health and care sector the opportunity to gain training and work experience abroad. The following goals for the participants are the focus:- Getting to know the operational reality abroad- The independent release of a project task,- The deepening of professional experience,- Improving their language skills and social-communicative skills through intercultural cooperation and- To experience the country-specific advantages and disadvantages of forms of training and specialist knowledge and understanding.This practical addition to vocational training is a way to facilitate young people after school to start your career and give mobile young people better employment opportunities.
