Wider objective of the Project is to ensure that using join efforts of the EU and PC Universities, PC NGOs will be modernised system of higher legal education according to the Bologna Process and European standards aiming to retrain and upgrade skills of experts able to participate in and provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in BY and UA.In accordance to the specific objectives it is foreseen to modernize existing courses for undergraduates (civil procedure, commercial procedure, labour law, ecological law, criminal procedure) till September 2015, develop new elective in ADR till November 2015, develop Master Program in economic law and alternative dispute resolution and introduce them at 5 PC Universities (2 BY and 3 UA) since September 2015.Within the realisation of the TRADIR Project will be improved professional and pedagogical qualification of PC teachers and modernize teaching infrastructure of PC Universities for providing of advanced level of Master students' training.These objectives will be achieved through fulfillment of the following Outcomes/Outputs:1. Curriculum development for the Master program;2. Development of Master's program and support of its implementation;3. Modernisation of 1st level courses;4. Skills' upgrading of PC University staff and technical support of the teaching process;5. Master Students’ pilot training;6. Quality Control & Monitoring;7. Dissemination of the Project results;8. Project sustainability;9. Management of the Project.Realisation of the Project will increase the popularity of new Master’s speciality among BY & UA students. All these will guarantee the sustainability of the Project achieved results.
