The topic of our project is targeting to find and solve the problems of the learners having normal or super normal skills who have difficulties in learning for various reasons. As the partners of the project there are organizations from Germany, Netherlands and Turkey .The Turkey partner of the project is going to be the coordinator and have 8 mobility with 7 participants ; Germany and Netherlands are going to have 8 mobility with 4 participants. Our project includes totally 24 mobilities.The partners of our project are the decision maker and executive organizations, NGOs, common educative organizations .The participants of our project and the actions that they are going to take are chosen according to their proficiency and experiments. A balanced allocation has been trying to be made according to the ages and sex.The actions of our project is:- To find out the learning difficulties in partner organizations.- By making mutual mobility among three countries, sharing the executions and improve the methods.- To generalize the project outcomes by different methods and constructing e-learning portal.- To strengthen the cooperation among the partners after the project.
