Partnership focuses on increasing quality and innovation of vocational training at partner economic schools. The priority component of the partnership is to involve new or existing partners - real firms and institutions in a particular form of vocational education and training - training firm (trial enterprise). A training firm (TF) is a form of complex simulation of working process of real firms, it uses multidisciplinary skills and develops key qualifications effectively.Partnership will enable students to obtain knowledge, skills and experience via TF which are necessary for successful employment in the labour market. Students in TF regularly use IT, gain experience in professional communication in their mother tongue, as well as in foreign language, present team work by the means of catalogues, electronic presentations, stands of TF, web page, they get acquainted with the environment and product of real firm, they meet and communicate with the staff and management of a real company. They have opportunity to meet business partners personally at international fairs of TF via international help and mobilities. They get personal experience of preparing and participating in international vocational activities as early as in the time of vocational training. Students and teachers have opportunity to compare methods and teaching process of vocational training among partner schools, get experience with organization of seminars and training firm fairs, cooperation with real firms and connecting theory and practice.Real firms gain opportunity to take part in the vocational training of students - future employees - and affect it.
