The training course "Manage the Future - Build Partnerships" focuses on international project management, value of partnerships and participation of young people. In this projet we have 12 NGO´s(from EU and Caucasus) and 24 participantes. The venue gone be in Rio Maior and Arrouquelas, and happens from 02 to 10 May 2015. The training course aims to support sustainable partnerships and high quality of international youth work in Europe. The idea of the project was born as a result of the consultations among the organisations who used to work with the H2O for past several years. The consultations clearly showed that among partners who used to work with H2O is a high need to learn on how to manage international youth projects in the frames of new Erasmus+ programme, as well as to learn how to increase level of youth participation in such projects and how to ensure quality in partnerships. As a result of this consultations, H2O offered its partners network the following training course. Objectives of the training course are as follows: 1. To develop competences of youth workers in international project management in the field of youth and in the framework of Erasmus+ programme; 2. To develop competences on quality in international partnerships and youth participation in such partnerships; 3. To learn from existing experiences of successful youth projects on local and international level; 4. To build international partnerships and develop international youth projects in the frames of Erasmus+ programme;
