Globalization and the new technologies have a profound impact on labour market throughout Europe. Especially young people and young graduates have to face a number of challenges associated to these developments. For many young individuals the transition from school to work means entering the labour market relatively unskilled, inexperienced, unfamiliar with job search and unaware of the job opportunities open to them.Our project will involve these unemployed young people, job seekers. As the EC stresses the fact that every young person should have the opportunity to take part in some form of mobility in the form of work placement, our project will try to cover the aforementioned need. The expected outcome will be the learning outcomes of young people, named as knowledge, development of professional skills and qualifications and development of personal skills, like the ability to apply knowledge and use know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. The traineeships will take place in different countries in Europe in a period of 24 months. Our specifc aims are - improve the skills and competencies of young people, through work-linked vocational training and with a view to promoting employability -promote and reinforce the contribution of vocational training with a view of new employment possibilities
