-the contact with the intermediary partner in Ireland and in Spain, especially to control the internships negociations
The Youth Department of the city of Amiens will help to disseminate the information to young graduates and to schools and will provide a cofounding to each participant.
The Mission Locale (Job center for young people) will work on :
-disseminating the information to the young graduated, to schools;
-preparing the participants before their departure
-reviewing the skills acquired during the training period in Europe
-help them to enhance their employability
The intermediary partners are an effective relay contributing to a smooth run of the participants' stay, ensuring their integration, a suitable internship, accommodation and follow-up in Ireland.
Thus, the participants benefit from a strong support from different structures. The different partners give to them a reinforced mentorship and an important logistical support. This way, they can focus on their professional, linguistic and cultural objectives.
