The main objective of this project is the Europeanization and internationalization of vocational training for the vocational school Tschuggmall and to improve the participants' career prospects by increasing their knowledge of international business practices, technical competences and communication skills. The aim is to develop structured cooperation with VET provider associationsat EU level. This strategy is intended to prepare the learners for changing requirements of the labour market which are due to the increasing internationalization of the economy. The willingness of employees to occupational mobility is also becoming increasingly important. In addition to the creation of a motivating learning environment , another important aim in the education of young people is to foster students' individual talents and to develop their competences to support the value system of our society. This work-basedtraining tries to ensure inclusive education which combats racism and discrimination on any ground, promotes citizenship and teaches them to understand and to accept differences of opinion, of conviction, of belief and of lifestyle, while respecting the rule of law, diversity and gender equality. The learning outcomes of the mobility project are defined according to ECVET. They are part of the memorandum of understanding between the sending institution and the host institution. The target group of this project are VET learners. This program will integrate students from all backgrounds into the traineeship, while giving additional support for disadvantaged students and those with special needs. Learners will benefit from higher quality training. They will receive guidance when choosing what training to take and the career that best suits their talents. After obtaining their qualification, they will have a better chance of finding a job and being successful at work because their training was more relevant and practical. The applicant will send a group of 40 trainees to 2 different locations to increase their knowledge, international business practices and technical competences. They will attend a traineeships for 14 days in companies abroad. Major aim is to gain job-specific and expert experience and to produce high-quality learning outcomes for participants. The project also places great value on learning and developing social, intercultural and methodic competences. The knowledge, skills and competences which the learners acquire in VET should enable them to manage their careers and to play an active role in society.VET personnel plays a central role in assuring the quality of vocational training. In order to ensure that training personnel can respond to these challenges and promote the quality of vocational training in Europe, it is essential that they are provided with a appropriate training. Next to this the vocational education staff will have the opportunity to spend a work stay abroad in a European country. For improving the Europeanization of the vocational training system it is crucial to include this target group in the proposal. Vocational teachers will have more opportunities to cooperate with colleagues abroad. Their working environment aswell as their teaching and learning methods will be different, and they will use up-to-date learning materials which reflect the latest developments in industry and business. The objective is to develop strategies for cross border cooperation in VET, with the aim of fostering greater mobility of VET learners and teachers. They can multiply their gained experiences within their school and other schools in the local area.This project aims to improve European internationalisation strategies in the field of VET and to make them more sustainable, thus enhancing the quality and quantity of transnational VET mobility. In cooperation and communication between the participating organisations the outcomes of the project will be shared with all relevant stakeholders. There is planned to set up a structured communication mechanisms between VET sector and employment services including the social partners.
