This training took place in the pre-existing educational project of sustainability and self-sufficience of Boodaville, in Matarranya (province of Teruel, Spain). During eleven days, from the 20th to the 31st of August 2014, 21 youth workers from Serbia, Rumania, Hungary, Georgia, Italy, Spain, Greece and Letonia took part in it.
The location itself, had a great educational value, given the fact that Boodaville represents itself a great expample of a project based on sustainability and self-sufficience.
During the period that the training took place, the youth workers carried out a very enriching ecxhange of ideas, practices, habilities and impressions. They improved their working habilities, their knowledge on sustainability, green jobs, as well as their capacities for working group, and intercultural comunication. They stablished strong friend and laboral realtionships that has been turned into future collaborations and joined projects, in and out of the Eramus+ framework. Besides, the pre-existing Boodaville project has been greatly improved during after this training took place, as well as its dissemination.
All of the activities were based on the principles of non-formal education, in a continuos, horizontal, and non-directed learning process.
The training was supported by the Boodaville project.
