This project performs the mobility of our students in Germany through the Educational Institution Lankreis Osnabrück which gathers various Training High Schools in the region of Osnabrück.We would like to ask for 4 grants in order to develop the professional training offered by organization previously described. They allow them to complete their education and the internationalization of the curriculum. The types of students who access to Middle Level Vocational training of Nursing auxiliary are sometimes under eighteen, so could be better If a teacher can go with them to Germany in order to show them the nursing homes as well as introduce them to their professional training places in an european country.The aim of this scholarship is to acquire the professional competences related to their studies. They will improve their personal abilities, acquire linguistic skills, encourage their european view.Through that cooperation we can exchange their working and pedagogical methodologies in German companies. Moreover it could result very rewarding for both (teachers and students).Finally it will have an internationalized effect on all of the studies offered in our High School providing a high value for them. Moreover, It will improve the working insertion of our students. Teachers and students will be triggered due to the professional experience acquired. Furthermore, we will make a link with German companies and secondary schools.
